auction bids are made through a proxy bidding system
making bidding easier and less time-consuming. Proxy
bidding is available for all auctions in which the
reserve has been met.
With proxy bidding you submit your maximum bid and
the system automatically bids the lowest amount
necessary to ensure you are the highest bidder,
without exceeding your proxy bid. When you are the
winner, you pay only the lowest possible winning bid,
which may not necessarily be your maximum bid. For
